Cave Le Vieux Manoir

Louise est une hote très accueillante, souriante et disponible. Dans cette période de canicule, nous avons beaucoup apprécié la fraîcheur de la cave du Vieux Manoir , la piscine, les différents espaces et terrasses entourés de végétation. Le logement est très fonctionnel avec tous les équipements nécessaires. La propriété est en pleine campagne avec une belle vue sur les collines environnantes mais peu éloignée de plusieurs villages de caractère et petites villes . Après 10 jours passés en itinerance dans la région, c 'est notre coup de cœur.

Les hôtes, Louise et son mari, très accueillants et souriants ; la maison et ses dépendances sont superbes, très bien entretenues et équipée; la situation en campagne, le cadre reposant au calme et la piscine très agréable quand il fait chaud ! Nous étions déjà venus et nous reviendrons !

We had a very pleasant stay at Le Vieux Manoir. The property is beautifully set in nature, offering complete peace and wonderful views - an ideal place to unwind and reconnect with the surroundings. Everything was clean and comfortable, with good Wi-Fi and a well-equipped private kitchen. Our hosts, Louise and Sem, were warm and welcoming, especially Louise, who kindly shared her experience and tips about starting a B&B. As a French teacher, she clearly enjoys hosting families as well - she told us about the treasure hunts she had created for guests with children. We can easily imagine this being a wonderful place for families or grandparents visiting with grandchildren. We also saw the other gîtes on the property, which all looked spacious and very well kept. Although breakfast and dinner are not available in the low season (clearly mentioned at booking), they made sure we had some lovely touches waiting for us - a bottle of wine, chips, and chocolate, which we really appreciated. Excellent spacious beds, soft bathrobes, and fluffy towels - including separate pool towels. The saltwater pool and the many outdoor seating areas are truly inviting, perfect for enjoying the tranquility and the view. During our short stay, we even saw wild boars passing by their fenced garden - an unforgettable moment in such a natural setting.
