The Vacasa office is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is located on Carillon Market Street for guest assistance.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The location was perfect - we were trying to stay near family who rented a house and we were a short 5 min walk away. It was very clean and well decorated. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had enough dishes and appliances, towels were plentiful. We had 2 adults and a college age kid (we could have added a friend) and it was just the right size. The kitchen was small, but we didn’t cook huge meals, just made lunch and reheated food so it was perfect. The view was AMAZING and as advertised. It would have been nice to have access to the fitness center, but the rental office didn’t have the code and the HOA they directed me to never returned calls. They do say no golfcarts at the property and they mean it….our family tried to drop us off one night at the condo and security was very firm about “get off the cart and you need to leave”. Again, I did know they were not allowed to be used by guests but I misunderstood the drop off policy. Lots of places to fish at the Lake, easy beach access, pool was large enough and had a food counter. Would definitely stay again!
