Oceanfront 5th-floor condo with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico! This unit is located in the exclusive gated community of Pinnacle Port at Carillon Beach in West Panama City Beach, offering privacy and security for you and your loved ones. You couldn't ask for a better location to enjoy your vacation. Less than 2 miles from Rosemary beach and 15-20 minutes away from Pier Park in PCB.
This beautiful 2 story unit features two bedrooms each with their own bathroom located on the upper level and the family room, kitchen, laundry room and 1/2 half bath located on the lower level. This condo offers interior hallway entry into the unit as opposed to almost all other condo complexes with outdoor entry. The beach may be accessed by taking the elevator to 1st floor and stying in the inside hallway all the way to the beach. This condo is perfect for a private beach getaway with family or friends that sleeps 7 people comfortably.
As you step inside, you'll be amazed by the gorgeous property. Enjoy the stunning views of the gulf from the living room balcony and of Lake Powell from the master bedroom balcony. The west-facing location is perfect for capturing the stunning sunsets over the emerald water.

The nearby stairwell provides quick access to parking, as well as an easy alternative route to the pools and the beach, while elevators at the opposite end of the hall make getting around effortless. The condo is cute & comfy with a well stocked kitchen. There is an odd smell to the condo, like syrup that never goes away. We never received the qr code to check in at the gate despite reaching out to the rental company multiple times.The condo could have been more thouroughly cleaned as there was still sand all over the porch & the floors still needed a good sweep when we checked in. The blackout curtains in the bedrooms are a huge plus. The views of the ocean & lake are great as well as the location of the condo.

Wonderful condo! Close to pool abd ocean. Very clean! We had everything we needed to cook meals in. The beds were so comfortable! We would stay here again!

This property could use a substantial investment in rennovation. For one, it was quite smelly. There was one kind of smell when you entered the condo -- I think it's some kind of after-smell from heater that is right by the entrance door as the smell had the kind of burnish hue to it. The upstairs bedroom facing the pond had a different kind of smell -- the smell of just old stuff. If you open the closet in that room, additional pillows -- with no pillow covers -- were quite stained from time use over the years. The gray couch (one closer to the kitchen) has very visible dirt on it, and it was kinda unpleasant to sit in. I wound up putting a towel on top of it to watch TV, so it didn't feel I was sitting in dirt. One of the chair's legs was very lose -- easy fix, except that I normally don't take wrenches on my vacation. TV remotes didn't work (probably dead batteries). Even power strip by TV didn't work.So, is it livable? Yes, if you _have to_. But for vacation time, you want to relax and open the door to a nice place rather than ****** smells.Aside from that, pool on the property is nice, beach is right there.Had the condo been in great condition, I'd say it was a decent (not steal) price that we got it for. But at that condition, it seems overpriced and I'd say look for another option.Sidenote: not the owner but the property association charges $35 for parking. Parking is just an open lot on the premises and not covered. Nor does the parking compete with any other potential parking candidates since the property is in a closed community. So charging for parking seems a bit excessive, but again, this one is not on the owner/lister of the property.
