Mansion of Château La Valière, this magnificent 19th century residence is the ideal place for a stay in the heart of the vineyards. Surrounded by a park of one hectare, this charming house has been tastefully restored, combining modernity and authenticity, while retaining the charm of the old.
Ideally located on the wine route, in the heart of the village of Saint-Christoly and near the Atlantic beaches, La Valière welcomes you all year round.
Spacious and bright, the house welcomes you in a large entrance facing an authentic stone staircase that leads upstairs. From this room you will have access to a large dining room with fireplace and a cozy billiard lounge conducive to relaxation.
Upstairs you will find 5 bedrooms, all different & tastefully decorated, with private shower room (outside the bedroom). To relax, there is a lounge equipped with a library.
You will also find a suite on the ground floor with private shower room & wc and direct access to the garden.
The house can accommodate 10 people.
Opposite the house, you will find a magnificent 15X5m swimming pool, as well as a shaded terrace welcoming a dining area and a lounge lounge.

Perfect “post lockdown” stay. In a quiet and beautiful area of the Medoc the Chateau was perfect. Generous size for our party of 9. Massive garden with a lovely big pool. Inside all fittings and decor are high quality. The house had everything we needed. All communication with the manager was quick, helpful and accurate.
Really can’t find anything to fault the property. Very relaxing stay.
The area is quiet and very pretty surrounded by vineyards. 30 minutes to a range of surf and wild beaches and also the impressive Lac Hourtin. 2 hours to Dunes du Pilar.
