Large and beautiful stone house with its fully enclosed garden, ideally located in Royan Park, 200m from La Grande Conche beach (beach games + nautical activities), shops (market + shops + boutiques + restaurants .. .) and leisure activities (swimming pool, bikes, rides, tennis ...)
Completely renovated in 2013, it has 7 bedrooms in total, including an independent Suite (bedroom + bathroom) in the garden.
Bathrooms and toilets on each floor.
New and quality equipment:
- Refrigerator, semi-piano, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine.
- WIFI, wide flat screen TV + DVD player + DVD collection
- High quality bedding (all double beds are 160x200)

La Roche aux Bois is a beautiful house with much thought given to details such as the decoration and renovation of this charming stone house and garden .
Our family of 12 enjoyed the peace and quietness of the house set in a lovely garden surrounded by palm trees and oleander.
The house needed more equipment in the kitchen such as cups , sharp knives, potato peeler etc and it missed a guest book with important details of where things are such as bottle bank, banks, pharmacy, places of interest etc . Unfortunately the BBQ was dirty so we didn’t use it.
Nevertheless this is a house we would return to and loved the closeness to the fantastic sandy beach. The positive house vibes and the incredible location and settings paved the way for a fabulous family holiday .

Lovely house ... lovely location.200 meters from the beach great local shops including marche de parc , well furnished house with plenty of character..
Accommodating 2 families (10 people in total) .. minor inconvenience being having to make up the beds on arrival after a long journey , the quality of the linen did not match the high standard expected for the money spent on renting the property.. also a a lack of towels despite being listed in inventory .. ..
However we would all return to this property again , as it’s in a lovely seaside town with great beaches
