For rent pretty T2 house of 40 m2 on one level, but requiring a few steps to access it, in very good condition in Royan 17200, with an outdoor courtyard of 55 m2 private and closed for taking meals (possibility to put bikes) .
Located in a very quiet and sought after area "Le Parc de Royan" 150 meters from the beach of the great Conche of fine sand (2 minutes walk).
50 m from the covered market in the Parc de Royan open every morning (summer only), as well as a pharmacy, a bakery, take-away pizza, rotisserie, mini-market, hairdresser, tobacco shop.
City center accessible on foot in about 15 minutes by taking the pretty promenade along the sea, parallel to the cycle path.
