About this apartment rental
The studio of about 25 m² can accommodate up to 4 people. It is located on the 3rd floor of the secure residence with elevator Les Voiles Bleues on Boulevard Frédéric Garnier, behind the Parc de Royan district.
The apartment is composed of a large bathroom (shower) and an integrated toilet.
The bathroom is to the right of the entrance. On the left are two retractable beds (2X80).
Next, the living room which has a large dressing room, a sleeping area on the right (bed 140), a dining area for 4 people and the fully equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, microwave combined oven, fridge, coffee maker...)
Television available.
Finally, a large balcony where you can also eat but also enjoy a breathtaking view of Saint Georges de Didonne, the Grande Conche beach and Royan.
Parking space available, bicycle room in the Residence.
Linen is not included in the price but can be provided at your request and at an extra charge. Duvets and pillows are at your disposal.
Beach and/or pool towel available for rent (100 x 200 / 500 grams).
The accommodations are not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Pets are not allowed; smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
You can do everything on foot without using your vehicle, all the shops are nearby.
Many cycle paths crisscross the seaside, bike rental can be done behind the Boulevard Frédéric Garnier.

PLEASE NOTE: any arrival after 20:00 and until 22:00 will be charged an additional 30€ on site. FROM 22:00 to 00:00 the arrival will be charged 50€ additional to be paid on site. No departure before 6:00 in the morning.
From 6:00 am to 8:00 am any departure will be charged an additional 30€.

Small but comfortable and well equipped and a beautiful position with fantastic views over the Plage de la Grande Conche. Easy access to amenities.

We enjoyed our stay in this little studio very much! Overlooking the beautiful beach in Royan, steps from the middle of town. Lovely.
One thing to note, there isn’t any wifi, but who needs to be on the computer at the beach. There also isn’t air conditioning but the sea breeze was very refreshing. Would recommend.
