About this apartment rental
Ideally located in front of the Grande Conche beach with a magnificent sea view, this apartment classified 3*, of 70 m² with a large balcony can accommodate 4 people.
As soon as you enter, a beautiful wooden floor, an old chest containing cushions and plaids, "Caribbean blue" walls, and carefully chosen decorative elements gently immerse you in a warm atmosphere.
To the left of this entrance, the very bright living room welcomes you for comfortable moments around the table, in the lounge area or on the balcony overlooking the sea.
To the right, a first bedroom on the garden side has a 140cm bed and an integrated closet.
The bathroom, adjacent to this room and the next, is equipped with a large and comfortable Italian shower. The second bedroom, on the sea side, is equipped with a 160cm bed and an integrated storage.

All very good apart from having to pay extra for bedding and towels which I have never had to do before. That was 70 euros. Marion who checked is in was excellent. Very hot (36) could have done with a portable fan and a soap holder in the shower. Fantastic location and view from the balcony. Comfortable beds and nicely decorated.

The location is across of the beach, and a short walk to the shops and train station. The apartment is beautiful and has ample room for a family.

We had a great stay but please be aware bed linen and towels are not included in the price of the Listing and the English translation did not specify this although I believe this has now been changed ! Very expensive to hire these items 20 euro per person ! Otherwise great appartment with a great view very central to everything you need In Royan

A really lovely first floor flat, just metres from the beach, light, airy and well equipped, we wanted for nothing, plenty of nearby roadside parking, not once did I have to walk more than 20m.
