Le fait d'être situés à quelques centaines de mètres de la plage. La petite terrasse extérieure. La possibilité d'être reçus avec notre chien. L'accès également possible du centre ville de Granville à pied. Proximité de deux golfs.

Le logement est assez petit. La propriétaire est assez exigeante : Nous avons dû laisser entrer le laveur de vitres. Elle a été un peu sèche lorsque nous avons fait la réservation.
