About this apartment rental

*Romantic one* apartment is suitable for couples or families with one child.
It is situated in ancient Epidaurum, now called Cavtat, historical rich, area of culture to visit, great possibility to enjoy in the nature walking, jogging, cycling, climbing. You can just sit on your balcony, or even better stay in outdoor swimming pool and at the same time enjoy the view to the sea and old city of Dubrovnik.
It is self catered because of close grocery market (60 meters).
Location of apartment is just 20 min to Dubrovnik by car, 40 min by boat. Walking to the center of Cavtat 20 min and to the beach something less. Also we will organize for you cheaper collecting from the airport to the apartment.

Place from where you are close to many historical places, close to sport activities like cycling running, jogging , paintball. You can even drink water from nearby river... help in wineharvest or only sit and enjoy in local produced wine but inside the wineyards. Imagine...

This property has a fantastic sea view. It is located in a historic small town called Epidaurum, which is within walking distance of Cavtat (about 20 min). It is also 15min walk from the beach. Dubrovnik is a 20min car journey, or you can go to Dubrovnik by little boat. Dubrovnik airport is just 3km away.
When need a car to see some lovely hidden places of this area you can arrange a car to hire from us , for a day or a week depends what you would like. The house is detached, with an amazing sea view from your apartment balcony, which also includes exceptional sunsets. Our appartments are close to Cavtat- old Epidurum, it takes 20 min walking distance. Dubrovnik city is in 16 km, or only 20 min driving distance. Ski: From this area you can do one day skying in Bosnia or Montenegro during winter season.

First time staying in cavtat. We usually do all inclusive and mass hotel however this year we decided to try something different. All I can is Wow. The apartment was perfect and clean where nothing was too much of a issue. Regular contact with owner with frequent towels and toilet roll changes and phone number being given too if there was anything needed on top. Smooth check in process where we were able to do this 3hrs early and she made sure the apartment was ready for us! She also let us check out s hour late ! Massive bonus ! Incredible views and everything we needed. Pool area was lovely and loved the gym option too. Big walk up the hill but we knew this and nothing the owners can do about that ! Just something to bear in mind. Good location overall. Over the road from a big supermarket and about 15mins into the harbour. We looked at other apartments and decided we loved being away from it and up on the hills for the views. Will certainly come again. If it wasn’t for us already planned next big years holiday elsewhere we would have booked it there and then Thank you !!

Thank you Jadeanka & family for a wonderful stay at your apartment. You met us at the airport, spent time with us introducing us to the area & recommending places to see & things to do. We we’re lucky to be upgraded from the one bedroom apartment that we booked to a beautiful 2 bedroom recently refurbished one, which was out of this world! The views from the apartment are outstanding, and the sunsets breathtaking. We had a couple of days by the pool, which was clean & well maintained. The only downside is the very steep climb back to the apartment, but I’d like to think we’ve returned fitter & slightly offset our meals out & lovely Croatian wine!

Lovely place to stay. Property was clean and had everything needed for a great stay. Cavtat was gorgeous with great panoramic views from the balcony. Steep hill to walk back up after dinner but worth it for the views! Pool was perfect temperature in the heat and the owner was particularly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended and would definitely go back in a heartbeat.

Superb views over the bay towards Dubrovnik and the best hospitality you will get from any hotel. Adriana, the owner, could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Where else would you get first class tourist information together with free home made cakes and apple strudel. Only downside being the pool temperature very cold and the last ten minutes of the walk home up the hill, but if you don't walk up you don't get the spectacular view. Marvelous place to stay with excellent hospitality. I would gladly recommend this place to stay and hope to return someday.

Absolutely fantastic stay from the very beginning! Jadranka met us at arrivals and took us on the short journey to the apartments, she let us know about Cavtat and where to go etc. As we arrived early our apartment wasn't quite ready but she brought us a nice coffee and chocolate by the pool while we waited for 10 minutes. We stayed in number 1 which is a two bed apartment, and it is stunning! It has two sets of double doors overlooking the pool, Mountains and the bay. Huge open plan lounge and kitchen diner, fully equipped with pans, plates, oven, hob and dishwasher. Two bedrooms, one en suite and a second bathroom for the second bedroom. The bed in the main bedroom is so comfy it made it hard to get up in the morning! 😀 Really good rain showers in both too. By far the best apartment we have stayed in and will return here, and Jadranka is lovely and always happy for you to message for any help! Yes there is a hill which is steep towards the end but we managed it even after a few beers and g&T's but failing that you can get a taxi up from town for 750kn if you can't face it! Supermarket over the main road just above apartments but is quite small but does have fresh meat and small bakery area and all the basics you would need, or there is a Pemo in town although we didn't go in so not sure if is better or not. Would return in a heartbeat here to both the apartment and Cavtat! Many thanks again Jadranka!

This has to have been the most welcoming places to stay in the world (and we as a group of friends have been to many)! From the initial email to book, to the email to say we had arrived back in England safely, Jadranka and her family have been brilliant! As many of the other reviews on here say the airport pickup and drop off are done freely and with good will, as was the trip we took to the Cilipi folklore show on Palm Sunday (definately recommended to visitors to the region.) From the get go Jadranka was an incredible hostess, going out of her way to make sure that we were comfortable in our apartment and with our stay in general. We were looked after very well and felt that we could ask for anything and Jadranka would provide! The view from our apartement over the bay was spectacular - especially the many amazing sunsets we saw - beautiful. The supermarket was easy to get to as was the main town of Cavtat. The apartments are at the top of a hill, but Jadranka will come and get you if you can't face it! (Or you can see it as we did - a way to work off the yummy food available in Croatia!) The actual apartment was comfortable and there was plenty of room for the three of us. It has all your basic needs and we were regularly supplied with fresh, clean towels by Jadranka (sometimes with delicious homemade cake too!) The team have worked really hard to provide for all the needs of their guests and to think about what extra they can do. We were able to try out the newly installed sauna (very relaxing) and have a go on the new gym equipment they have added in (again - great excuse for eating more!) All in all this was a superb place to stay to explore the area (Dubrovnik old city is beautiful, Elafiti islands tour was a great day out and the folklore show at Cilipi a great experience) but also to relax and chill out. We are already planning when we can come back and see Jadranka again! Lucie, Clare and Philippa

From our greeting at the airport to the farewells on departure there was nothing that was too much trouble for our Host and her family team. We had a wonderful holiday with fantastic hospitality, a very clean and comfortable apartment,with good facilities, fabulous views and sunsets. Perfect!

We stayed here to celebrate not only my wifes xxth birthday but our 25th wedding anniversary. From the day that we arrived Jadranka and her family could not have been more helpful and friendly. From picking us up from the waterfront to providing flowers, cake and home made liquers to help us celebrate. The food on site is excellent and recommended should you wish to avail yourself of this facility. One week is certainly not enough to do everything and Jadranka will help on the rare occasion that english is not spoken. All in all we can't wait to go back.

Cavtat makes a great base for exploring Dubrovnik, and these apartments are close to the main road to the airport and Montenegro border. The location is quiet and peaceful and the view from these apartments over the bay is fantastic. The owner is very warm and hospital, and could not have made us more welcome. The studio apartment was simple and clean. There is a supermarket close by. One warning - it is a steep climb from Catvat seafront, so only for the fit.
