Old watermill powered by water that has been restored and transformed into a beautiful and comfortable holiday home. The entire restoration had the principle of maintaining its rusticity and raising the level of comfort. The house is located in a very beautiful and peaceful countryside, of fields and forest, next to a pond with water lilies. Adjacent to the house and in front of the lagoon, guests have a large lawn for leisure activities. This holiday home has been carefully decorated with a very personal touch reflecting the good taste of its owners.
This house has easy access and has the advantage of being 9 km from the city of Póvoa de Varzim - and its beaches - and the A28 motorway that connects Porto to Caminha.
