French doors open from the living area directly onto the private balcony — the bay is in front of you and the sunrises come up over the water every morning. Sunseeker Haven is the entire upper floor of a two-unit building on a quiet residential street in Bradenton Beach, 3 minutes from the Gulf.
Beach bikes are in the garage — ride to the beach, to Bridge Street, or along the island without waiting for the trolley. A beach cart with umbrella, chairs, and towels is also in the garage for the walk down. The one-car garage keeps a vehicle covered. The free Anna Maria Island trolley stops one block away for exploring the full island from Bridge Street to Pine Avenue without a car.
Two bedrooms sleep four. The master suite has a king bed, a garden tub and shower ensuite, and a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed with an adjoining bathroom. A queen sleeper sofa in the living area handles additional guests. Two full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully updated and equipped for meals at home. In-unit full-size washer and dryer.
Smart TVs in the living room and master bedroom. High-speed WiFi included.
Sunseeker Haven requires a one-week minimum stay with parking for two vehicles. Not pet-friendly.
*Final payments are due 60 days prior to arrival payable by personal check or Echeck (which will incur a $1.00 processing fee) we do take
credit cards for final payment with a 3% fee on the balance due

Having stayed in Suseeker Haven several times we were very pleased to return. This is a spacious, well equipped property with superb high level balcony and great sunrise views. In addition, Island Vacation Properties gave exceptional customer service in dealing with specific requirements during our stay. We would have no hesitation in recommending this property at any time.

Had a fabulous week in AMI. Everything was perfect house was clean and well stocked and beds were comfortable. Watching sunrises each morning with a great view of the bay. Short walk to uncrowded beach at end of the street with chairs and umbrellas that fit into the beach cart easily. People at IVP were easy to communicate with and available via texts during our stay. Would return for sure.

We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The location was unbeatable—just steps from the sand with stunning ocean views from the deck. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to comfy beds and beach gear. We especially loved having our morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the water.The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in easy and stress-free. This was the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation, and we’re already planning our next visit. Highly recommend!

Pictures are refreshingly accurate. Well appointed kitchen. Wonderful patio. Convenient and safe location. Beds were comfy. We brought our own beach things, but they were provided. We all agreed we would stay again!
One special place I highly recommend is bamboo bar in Bradenton. Absolutely fantastic food and wonderful atmosphere.
If I had to give any suggestions for improvement… the larger couch could use new bottom cushions and, as with most rental properties, sharpen knives.
Note that although you book initially with credit card, it then goes to other booking company for final payment and they charge 2% for using credit card. I didn’t see any notice of that while booking, but the agent was very courteous in her explanation. I suggest making that more obvious when booking.
