We’ve been staying at Latitude 29 for years. This stay was different. We walked into a dirty condo. Washable covers on the dining room chairs, and couches were badly stained. So much so that we put clean blankets over their couch and chairs to sit on. Black mold in both bathrooms in the grout on the tile. I emailed Vacasa twice and included photos. No call or email back so two days later I called customer service. She offered to send out cleaning crew, but this wasn’t a cleaning crew fix. This was two massive sectionals with removable covers that needed washed or steam cleaned. The mold needed treated and scrubbed. There was also a large pile of someone else’s beach gear thrown in a pile in front of our room that never left the entire time we were there. It’s not kept up the same that it used to be when the original people cared for the property. The cleaning crew is doing the very least to get the condo ready. I paid an abundant amount for a cleaning fee, and it wasn’t to our satisfaction. I was never contacted back or checked in on once after I reported my dissatisfaction. Vacasa you are missing the mark with customer service. Only automated emails like this one to see how our stay was? If I was the owner of this property I would be very unhappy. It is not being cared for properly.
