Welcome to Unit 14 with its spectacular ocean view. Enjoy being able to walk out the patio doors to a beautifully landscaped grassy area and heated pool, hot tub, and kiddie pool. Inside this newly decorated condo has a large master bedroom with private bath. The kitchen has tile floors and granite counters with snack bar. Down the hall are two bunk beds perfect for teens and young ones. The very spacious living room has a queen sofa-sleeper , flat screen t.v. with cable and internet. Just off the living room is another full bath. As you dine, relax as you watch the ocean and hear the crash of the waves. If your wish is to walk on the beautiful white sand it is just a few feet from your back door. I know you will leave with many memories and new found friends.

The Latitude 29 HOA implemented a parking fee beginning January 1. A parking fee of $50 will be added to all bookings. On June 23 the parking policy was amended. ONLY ONE VEHICLE IS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY PER UNIT. ANY UNAUTHORIZED VEHICLE WILL BE TOWED AT THE GUEST’S EXPENSE.

For small-ish kids this is absolutely perfect! 1) They loved the bunks! (Tip: bring an extra sheet to hang over the rail of the top bunk. The top bunk is then the deck of the pirate ship and the bottom bunk is the cargo hold and the brig!) 2) It's right in front of the pool so we could keep an eye on the kids while making dinner. For the adults: 1) Very clean condo in a nice complex. 2) Because it's a low-rise complex there was plenty of room on the beach. 3) Location was perfect for cloudy day excursions to the State Park or the nearby towns. Finally, most of the places we'd rented in the past were owned by someone 6 states away and any issues we'd encounter would usually end up in the "thanks we'll make a note of it and get it fixed" category. Not here! Very responsive. The cable box wasn't working when we got there (I know, a minor issue). Helen showed up first thing the next day with a new box and took care of it! So I got to keep up-to-date on NCAA and the Miami Open when I had a little downtime between adventures. Highly recommended! One of our best family vacations!
