The Latitude 29 HOA implemented a parking fee beginning January 1. A parking fee of $50 will be added to all bookings. On June 23 the parking policy was amended. ONLY ONE VEHICLE IS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY PER UNIT. ANY UNAUTHORIZED VEHICLE WILL BE TOWED AT THE GUEST’S EXPENSE. C
Latitude 29 is a family oriented small beachfront complex located just steps from the white powder sand and beautiful emerald gulf waters. If you come to the beach for tranquility and relaxation, Unit 3 at Latitude 29 is an excellent choice. You will love the beauty and quietness of its location and the nearness to all Latitude 29 amenities.
Unit 3 is the only unit with two bedrooms. Well-known local architect Cary McWhorter designed the unit, which was completely restructured and reconfigured to create an open modern design and family oriented floor plan.
The ocean is your backyard and Unit 3 is located on ground walk out your sliding door to enjoy the beauty from your lanai or to sit at the sea wall. It is steps to the beach. A large covered grilling area is conveniently located nearby. Other amenities include a pool, kiddie pool, spa, or enjoying what is acclaimed “the best backyard on the beach.” Everything is within easy reach from the condo.
CONDO HIGHLIGHTS
The contemporary designed kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and an island cook top with stainless steel hood.
The living room area has a 42-inch flat screen TV, DVD player, new queen size sleeper sofa and chair, comfy recliner and custom drapes.
In the hallway is a seven-foot custom built-in desk/office area with power strip for your computer(s) and shelving for storage.
The Master Bedroom has a custom built king size platform bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has bunk beds and has an en-suite bathroom that is also accessible from the hallway. Mattresses in both bedrooms are topped with 4 lb. memory foam for comfort and are encased in high quality allergy/bug protection. Both rooms have flat screen TVs and DVD players.
No pets allowed. Cable and Wi-Fi are included.

Helen Phillips is always responsive and accommodating. Her units are well maintained, supplies are complete and appropriate, and housekeeping is perfect. We rented three of Helen's beach level units (in addition to 3 others) for our annual Thanksgiving trip with 30 family members, and there is no better place for us.

Been coming here for 30+ years, my entire life. Latitude is our home away from home. If you want that home town feel, on the beach, at PCB, this is it. Small, non high rise is the draw for us. Pool is never over crowded, kids love the kiddy pool, and I can feel the stress melt away in the hot tub at night. Ready to go to the beach? 10 steps and you are there! No mile walk or crossing streets. Guests are kind and low key and you can always make new friends. Safe space, feel comfortable letting our 14yr old come and go from the pool/beach/condo without having to be with her. Want to get in on the PCB Action? You can drive a short distance to the "crazy," have great food, shop, ride gocarts, etc then drive back to the peace and calm of Latitude. We will never stay anywhere else.

Condo was very nice and clean!The pool was very cold the entire week. Would have liked to see the heater turned on for a bit, also the hot tub was down 5 of the days we were there. The gate that lead down to the beach was not working properly and would not open at times, which was very frustrating! As soon as we arrived we were meet in the parking lot by the property manager asking where our parking pass was! We explained we had just arrived! Not the friendliest way to be greeted just arriving! Many quest were complaining about the way the property manager would approach you about a parking pass as you arrived. Just seemed like she could have approached in a friendlier way. Also while we were there heavy rain brought water up to bottom of our patio door and actually came inside the trac of the door. We were worried for awhile the condo was about to flood. I believe a pimp was out of order on the property. Over all we enjoyed the condo. The pool, hot tub left a lot to be desired!
