We enjoyed our weekend there. The unit is showing its age but could be much better with a refresh. The shower curtain rod in bathroom is literally rusting away and it permanently stained a towel I hung to dry. The furniture in the living & dining rooms is ready to be replaced ASAP. Everything worked fine and unit is good for what it is: a high-traffic beach condo. We had no problems.

The condo was very nice but we had an issue with parking. Only one parking pass was in the unit so we had to pay an additional fee to park in the open parking. When we called Vacasa about the missing pass they basically said "oh well, you have to pay the fee". Also, our internet didn't work and when we contacted vacasa they said they would let the owners know and fix it asap. It was never fixed and we never heard back. The beach service padded chairs were all booked when we got there, but they gave us fold out chairs instead so it turned out ok. Overall nice condo, but Vacasa and the building itself disappointed.
