About this resort
Tropic Winds is located along the west end of Panama City Beach. This 15th floor unit (#1505) is a perfect 2 bedroom condo with phenomenal views from a wonderful balcony. The unit is tastefully decorated with light accents and upgraded crown molding. The gulf front master has a king bed with balcony access. The guest room has two queen beds and access to guest bathroom. The large balcony is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. Condo has been freshly painted in Fall 2022.
Our condo also includes two assigned parking spaces. Tropic Winds is equipped with a steam room, indoor/outdoor combo pool, outdoor charcoal grills, common area beach chairs, outdoor hot tub, and is located right on the beach!

** You MUST be 25 years of age to rent this property.** Maximum occupancy is 6.
25% is due at the time of booking to confirm a reservation and block selected dates. The remaining balance is due at least 30 days prior to your stay or your reservation will be cancelled with no refund of any deposit. You must cancel at least 30 days in advance to receive a full refund.

We had such a wonderful stay last year, we booked again! Condo location is quiet and close to Pier Park. The condo was clean and stocked with essentials needed to make your stay comfortable. We loved the beach service with two chairs and umbrella. The balcony is huge and we enjoyed being so close to the beach.

Opening the door, you are immediately drawn to the view of the ocean! We loved our stay at Tropic Winds. The condo is directly on the ocean with amazing views. The beach was not crowded while we were there, and we enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella that were included. Everyone must wear a wristband while on the property. Security and staff are very friendly and keep the area quiet and clean. The pool water was warm, and the restrooms were clean. We immediately noticed how clean and well stocked our condo was. We loved the plush towels and washcloths. We did get to meet Tonya the property manager to help with the new TV cable system. She was a blessing to meet and so accommodating. The parking is tight but that seems to be the norm in Panama City Beach because my family have stayed at three other resorts, and they all say the same thing. Security will give you a warning notice if you park over the yellow line or leave your vehicle at the elevator area while unloading, so be aware of the rules. The beds are firm, and the bedspread and sheets look clean and newer. We really appreciated all the little touches the owners did to make the stay very comfortable for us.

Parking was fine. It looks like every condo has a designated parking space. This one is outside and not in garage which was fine. There are three elevators so we didn't have to wait too long to get up to our room. This condo was right in front of the elevator so that was nice but also can be noisy inside the condo if people are talking loud waiting on an elevator. When we arrived, the code they sent us didn't work so I had to contact the cleaning lady who had someone else reset the code. It took maybe 6 minutes but it was inconvenient as we had groceries with us that were melting. The condo appeared clean. No bed bugs. The floors left our feet black. They must not mop between renters. The balcony was huge with plenty of seating. We were able to spread out. The bathrooms were clean except the shower curtains had some black moldy mildew on them. So gross! I made sure it didn't touch me. the hairdryer hanging on the wall dont work (why don't you take them down?), but there was one in the bathroom drawer to use after we searched and searched. Bring salt and pepper, bring dish detergent.. They provide one towel and one washcloth for each person so you might want to bring more. The washer and dryer worked great. The beds were comfortable, but the couches were not at all. We probably wouldn't stay here again only because we have used other VRBOs that provide more for the amount of money we spent.
