PARKING: A reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During spring break and summer, please try to travel in one vehicle if at all possible. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror. The primary vehicle is provided a parking pass at check-in. Each additional vehicle will require a $40 parking pass.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and throughout the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking/vaping during your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking/Vaping can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager is on-site.

Very nice, clean, and comfortable place. The elevators were fast. I was worried they would be slow since we were on the top floor. They were not. The entire property is well-kept up. We used the grills without having to clean them beforehand. The condo itself was very well stocked. The person who handled our parking and stay was very helpful.

The condo was fantastic and had everything to make our stay enjoyable. I was excited to see it had a Keurig coffee maker for my morning coffee fix. The views of the ocean from the oversized balcony were spectacular!

Dirty condo,food on dining room rug,floors under all furniture was really dirty and wrappers, no dusting was done Tv's and tv stands,bookshelves dirty. Shower liner orange and moldy in second bathroom
