not very good wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

the Appartment was clean but the shower head didn’t fit into receiver on wall so in order to shower u had to hold the shower head over ur head. the bathroom window did not open the electric kettle did not work I reported this and was told there was a normal kettle in cupboard there was not. the lift was filthy with a square of cardboard covering the mat u had to be very careful to bring out a key at all times because there was not a handle outside the door so you needed to turn the key to get in. the balcony was very small and the furniture on it was bad when I went to move the table it collapsed on my foot there was construction men working on Appartment next door every day with continuous hammering and drilling also the water was off mon morning and eve so we couldn’t shower

Apartment was great, exceeded our expectations in terms of decoration and furnishings, very modern and bright. Hosts have spent time refurbishing to a good standard, with presumably just the bathroom to finish, although unlike some apartments the water pressure and hot water for the shower was really good. Although the person meeting us at the apartment had limited English (we have limited Spanish), handover with the keys was easy. Location is really good with many bars, cafes and restaurants (European & British) all within 50/100/250m, sea front just 100m away, marina just 10 minute walk. 24 hour square is 5 minutes walk away. A 10 minute to 15 minute walk will take you to many other small squares and high street/promenades, with both Spanish and British options for bars and food. Everywhere was clean and tidy. Every possible amenity needed is within a 15 to 20 minute walk. Even though the apartment is close to all amenities, it was quite at night, with no disturbance at all.

The kettle in the apartment does not switch of once boiled, so don't put it on and jump in the shower !!

We had to leave a 50 euro deposit for a place which was dirty and inequipt. we were then told we had to meet them on the

plastic dishes and plates which were dirty. The shower was too short to fit into the holder, therefore had to hold it. Insufficient bed linen. One roll of toilet paper left for 4 adults.

Uncomfortable and dirty

The position of this apartment was great.

This apartment lacks love! It could be amazing. The apartment is on the 5th floor and at the end of our first afternoon the lift broke down and wasn't repaired in the two days we were there. The beds were uncomfortable and had no protector sheets and my son found hairs in his when he pulled the sheets back on first night. The bathroom is old and skirting boards are stored behind the door covered in dust. The light in the bathroom is badly installed - see photo The lamp in the lounge had no bulb in it. Dining chairs were filthy. Table on the balcony was broken. Curtains in the lounge aren't the right size and were two different colours and filthy. First aid box was empty and shoved in a storage cupboard. The sofa had lots of pet hairs on it behind the cushions. Such a shame because the renovation that has been done is great but all the above lets it down.

Superb

It is close to the beach and all the shops. Málaga and Marbella is in close vicinity. The hosts are very friendly. The view from the balcony is awesome!

The beds are awful! Time to replace them. There was only a few pots and pans, most of them were absolutely down to their last breath. The jug to boil water is dangerous!

Buen lugar para el fin de semana

Está cerca de la playa, pero no en primera línea. La vista que tiene es muy bonita, es cómodo para 5 personas y hay bastantes comercios cerca. Tiene parking y en esa zona se agradece. El chico que nos entregó las llaves fue muy amable

Las camas son bastante incómodas, mal olor como a cañería, no tiene piscina

Cómodo pero con algunos detalles mejorables.

La ubicación y amplitud del apartamento es lo que mas destacamos. No usamos la cocina para nada, pero percibimos falta de limpieza en los muebles y zona de coccion. Es un edificio tranquilo, y tiene buena vista.

La Limpieza puede mejorar. El baño tenía olores. Bañera incomoda y poco accesible para niños. No vendría mal una renovación del baño. El mobiliario de la terraza es de madera deteriorada, espero que lo desechen y pongan otro material por ejemplo de resina. No dejan productos de limpieza para poder limpiar un poco el baño. La plaza parking no está asignada , una noche imposible encontrar sitio y despues de mas de media hora buscando tuvimos que dejar el coche en otra calle bastante lejos.
