Excellent experience

Absolutely stunning villa is a quiet location with excellent staff. We loved it so much we wished we could have stayed longer and will absolutely stay again. The villa itself was tranquil and just so beautifully designed. Staff were exceptionally helpful. Getting us food and massages after we arrived late. They also offered a late check out which was very helpful with toddlers. It was close to the butterfly house and the glass bridge and Omma day club which was the best place we visited. All together a wonderful experience

Heavenly place with wonderful staff!!

We booked this property for 2 families and to be honest, we were amazed to see when we entered it n our first day, it was a very pleasant scene. Rooms are spacious, individual open roof bathrooms with each of the 6 individual rooms, swimming pool and so much privacy. Staff was so amazing and their hospitality was next to none.

It’s was the most perfect stay for me and my friends ever

This villa was one of the best properties I’ve ever stayed in my life it was away from people but also not too far from activities being right next to the waterfall. The manager made our stay so special and gave us many extra free things and also helped plan a surprise birthday party for us

This accommodation is not recommended for a comfortable or satisfactory stay.

Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned, with visible dirt throughout and numerous insects, ants and snails inside, which made the environment very uncomfortable. In one of the bathrooms, a section of the ceiling suddenly collapsed. Thankfully, no one was using it at the time, otherwise it could have resulted in a serious accident. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was very poor during the entire stay. Two of the rooms we had booked had no connectivity at all, which made it very inconvenient and frustrating.

As mentioned earlier, the overall experience was disappointing. Breakfast was not served on time, and the portion sizes seemed to decrease with each passing day. Additionally, communication was quite challenging, as most of the staff had very limited understanding of English, which made it difficult to address concerns or requests effectively.

Very charming 6 rooms hotel. Beautiful garden with a nice pool. Perfect size bedroom. Very clean. Welcoming staff. Excellent value for money. We really enjoyed our 2 night stay.

It's a bit far from Ubud center (20-30mn). It wasn't a problem for us because we used motorcycle, but it's something to consider for those without transportation. Be careful with card payments, you'll be charged a 3% surcharge. The breakfast was average.

Stay here if you like insects and bugs, good staff though

Pool and bathroom facilities are nice. Staff were nice, kind, friendly and helpful. Newly built villa feeling (but few concerns)

Spiders, ants, cow webs, cockroaches, millipede, mosquitoes and Geckos were inside the room. Rooms were not cleaned we have to request cleaning. Bed sheets and pillows had dirty marks. Daily room services were not upto the mark to address those issues. We found Gekos behind paintings and beds. No pest control was applied for long time. Insects inside the pool and hundreds of beetles at the edges of the pool. Very limited options in breakfast and not much tasty. One person can choose only a single option and one item only. Rooms are not secure. All had sliding doors that has more than 2-3 inches of gaps in side or bottom. They only accept cash or 3% surcharge on cards. They do not accept payment over booking.com Air conditioners were not working properly in 3 rooms.

Great family villa

Loved this villa, very private and the staff where lovely. The villa itself is a little out of ubud but great quiet place to relax with family.

During our visit we had quite a bit of rain, my mother in law was walking to her room using the little stepping stones and was carrying a glass, these stepping stones get super slippery in the rain, she slipped and had quite a bad fall, during check out we where a little shocked to be charged 80,000 rp for breaking the glass. This was no fault of her own and I think in the future it would be good to have the stones scrubbed and cleaned regularly as they were almost slimy when wet like build up of alge.

Beautiful resort, massage was amazing.

Our rooms were never made up. Towels were not replaced and had no toilet paper. Had to use wet beach towels as they were not replaced either. The only way we got any kind of service is if we went to the front desk continuously asking for things we needed or for drinks and food. Never emptied ashtrays unless we brought them to front desk to ask for them to empty them. We left our dirty beach towels by the pool and each day they were still there wet and dirty.

the villa has a gorgeous garden, very well maintained, beautiful and quiet place. perfect for our family, we loved the privacy. Complimentary breakfast selection pretty good. But they had limited staff working in the kitchen so the service was rather slow.

I had the impression that there was a restaurant at the villa when i booked but it was not the case. The first night we were told we could order from a menu. Turned out they had to bring the food from another restaurant that was 5 minutes away. By the time food got to us, it was cold. Portions were pathetic as well. We never ordered in after that! It is quite a distance from Ubud town, though we had a good driver.

The gardens and design of the property were incredible, the area that the villa is located in was so peaceful and private, a beautiful oasis after the business of central Ubud! All of the staff are amazing, they went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We will definitely be back!

I really enjoyed my stay here, as it was quiet and very relaxing. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly and considered. It was close to some waterfalls and nature, which I really enjoyed. They had all the facilities that I needed and will go above and beyond to accommodate you. Such an incredibly beautiful place.

Один из моих любимейших отелей в Убуде. Здесь прекрасно все, уютный тихий оазис утопающий в зелени. Очень зеленая и красивая территория у отеля, всего 6 номеров со своими очень комфортными террасами со столиком где можно просто посидеть отдохнуть или позавтракать как это делали мы. Открытый душ и туалет как на Мальдивах, очень комфортные номера с большими кроватями, и небольшим садом за окном. Классный большой и красивый бассейн, на территории отеля есть пруд с рыбками, которых можно покормить. Небольшая кухонная зона с небольшим холодильником. Что самое удобное у отеля есть своя химчистка, и очень дешево 1 кг - 10,000 IDR, сами отвезут привезут, и все раскладывают в пакетики чистые, очень удобно когда у тебя просто нет времени отдельно ездить сдавать вещи в химчистку, плюс отель сотрудничает с местной кафешкой, и у них напрямую можно заказать еду и напитки с доставкой, еду сервируют в посуду персонал, поэтому создается впечатление что у них своя кухня, хотя они доставку заказывают, за доставку отдельно не оплачиваешь, ну и еда по очень приемлемым и бюджетным ценам, вкусная, особенно нам понравился жареный банан и креветки. Рекомендую. Отель находится не близко к центру, но это создает тихую спокойную обстановку без шума, до центра Убуда 20 минут на байке с ветерком прокатиться самое то, нас совсем это не затрудняло. Очень приветливый персонал, работает до 23.00.

Проблемы с горячей водой, она есть но очень быстро заканчивается, если вы любитель горячего душа и вам нужно больше 15 минут вам точно не хватит этого обема. Приходилось каждые 10-15 минут ждать по 5 минут пока нагреется вода и снова появится горячая, очень быстро заканчивается, а в момент если несколько вилл одновременно используют душ то и на 5 минут не хватает. Это единственный минус этого прекрасного места. Ну и однотипные завтраки, посредственные, на 3 день уже надоедает, если любите разнообразные завтраки, рекомендую брать без завтраков и ездить на завтраки в разные места самостоятельно. На Бали это не проблема.

Piękne miejsce, przestronne pokoje, magiczny ogród. Menadżer pomógł nam w zorganizowaniu całodniowych wycieczek objazdowych.

Zarezerwowaliśmy całą willę i w każdym pokoju był problem z ciepłą wodą pod prysznicem, personel za każdym razem reagował i naprawiał problem. Bardzo przeciętne śniadania.
