We had the whole property for ourselves, so we enjoyed every aspect of it. The rooms are spacious, in the kitchen you find everyting you need, the garden is well mantained. The property is not close to the city, maybe 20-30 minutes by car, but we appreciated that. The area was really quiet, with no constructions in site. After a long day, with visiting and getting stack in traffic you really appreciate that.
Also, the most comfortable beds ever!
About staff, Gusman was really nice and really pacient with us, we appreciated it very much!
The cleaning could be improved. Otherwise everyting was perfect.

This place is a bit far from Ubud but it is a great base for trips. It has an amazing local vibe. Here you can feel the real local Bali, get to know the local community, which is very friendly, there is no commercialism and crowds here. Gusman who looks after the villa resort and guests is a wonderful person. He will tell you about local traditions and maybe take you to a lesser known place ;) he will make Balinese coffee, which he roasts at home. Beautiful, peaceful and clean place.
