Die Lage ist dort gut, kurzer Weg zum Strand!

Es war sehr kühl in der Wohnung. Bei 9 Grad Außentemperatur und Sturmwarnung war der Nachtspeicherofen nicht aufgeladen! Die Heizung im Bad ging gar nicht! Defekt offensichtlich! Der Eindruck war auch, dass einige Zeit niemand in der Wohnung war, Staub und Spinnewippen waren überall! Die Ausstattung in der Küchen hätte etwas besser sein können!
