About this apartment rental
This cozy vacation rental is located on the 3rd floor of a vacation complex on Südstrand. It sits at the quiet end of a headland between the beach and the marina, with a view of the harbor. Beyond the green belt behind it, you can see the town of Burg and the fishing port of Burgstaaken. The walk to the island’s best swimming beach is only about 100 meters. The beach promenade features many shopping options, restaurants, and the FehMare leisure, wellness, and water park. The nearest bus stop is also just a few steps away.

This cozy apartment features a living/sleeping area, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. It is equipped for 2 people and measures 29 square meters (small but nice). We want our guests to feel at home.
Living/Bedroom
The living/bedroom features a double fold-out bed (1.80 x 2.00) with split spring mattresses, a sitting area, and a dining area. A modern LED TV with satellite connection and a stereo system with a CD player are, of course, included. A small selection of books promises cozy reading hours. The dimmable ceiling light creates a pleasant atmosphere. Blackout curtains ensure a restful night’s sleep. The floor is covered with sound-insulated laminate flooring.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 induction burners, a microwave with grill, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and an egg cooker. It also has plenty of glasses, dishes, cutlery, pots, and pans.
Bathroom
The bathroom features a bathtub with a shower, ample storage space, and a hair dryer. An electronically controlled instantaneous water heater ensures a constant supply of hot water, and a towel radiator provides cozy warmth. The floor is tiled.
