About this apartment rental
The apartment can accommodate two guests, however there is more than enough room to offer sleeping space to children in the living room on additional beds.
The main room has two fold-out beds equipped with two full-size mattresses, offering plenty of space to sit in the day and relax in the evening. Operating the beds requires very little effort.
In January 2015 the apartment was refurnished with a new bathroom, it now has a very modern look - fitted with black slate tiles and a new bath.
To quickly heat the house on chilly days, a new heating system was installed. This is particularly functionable after taking a long walk or after bathing in the sea.
The apartment also offers cable television and a stereo system.
The kitchen is perfect for self-catering, and is supplied with all the necessary appliances and equipment.
The apartment is step-free, therefore suitable for those with physical disabilities.
Dogs are more than welcome.

Eine schöne kleine Unterkunft in guter Lage mit einem guten Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis.
Auch der gesamte Ablauf von der Buchung bis hin zur Schlüsselübergabe hat einfach und problemlos funktioniert.

Sauberes und geräumiges Einzimmerappartment mit sehr gut ausgestatteter separater Kochecke und renoviertem Bad. Gab Internet trotz andersartiger Information auf der Homepage! Ein Plus! Sehr ruhige Lage und direkt am Südstrand. Phantastisch. Perfekt für zwei Personen. Und in der Vorsaison sehr wenige Touristen. Geschäfte, Restaurants und Cafés in unmittelbarer Nähe. Burg und Burgstaaken gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Schlüsselübergabe sehr unkompliziert. Eine sehr schöne Zeit auf Fehmarn verbracht.
Einziges Manko ist, dass es keine Bezahlungsmöglichkeit per Kreditkarte im Zusammenhang mit der Buchung gibt.

Die Wohnung war leider nicht vernünftig geputzt, an den Fenstern alles voller Abdrücke von Hundenasen, es standen noch Sachen (auch Müll) der Vormieter im Schrank. Nach einer Beschwerde wurde noch mal geputzt. Die Gardinen waren zerrissen, der Fernseher ist sehr klein und die Smart-TV-Funktionen (falls er sie hat) lassen sich ohne Internet nicht nutzen. Das Bett knarrt sehr stark. So richtige Freude kam bei uns nicht auf, auch wenn die Lage prima ist.
