The fantastic asset of this holiday apartment is... the outside. In other words, the sea view. The bay window that occupies the entire width of the living room frames the ocean and the beach of La Baule. Très bon séjour , accueil excellent , accordage parfait avec Nathanaelle qui est phénoménale

Conforme aux photos mais loué avec garage INACCESSIBLE , donc stationnement véhicule devant l'immeuble si place disponible . Bien équipé, mais pas insonorisé (route à grande circulation) et double vitrage de mauvaise qualité (baie vitrée défectueuse). Literie pas confortable. Une dizaine de marches pour entrer dans l'immeuble, ensuite pas d'ascenseur, escalier très étroit : compliqué avec enfant de 4 ans.
