Second home. Studio in a waterfront building. Access to the beach on foot by crossing the embankment.
On the 2nd floor with elevator, 37 m2, a large room with a real folding double bed (1.50m wide) giving way to the sofa, an isolated cabin with 2 bunk beds, a well-equipped kitchen area and a bathroom , an entrance with cupboard. Close to shops, 7 minutes on foot. No Parking but easy parking. A balcony terrace with sea view, to take a nap in a deckchair, have an aperitif or have lunch. The building is quiet.

Appartement impeccable et bien situé. Stationnement plutôt facile et proche de l'immeuble.
Contacts avec les propriétaires et la personne qui s'occupe de notre arrivée et de notre départ agréables.
Appartement juste à côté de la plage.
Commerces à proximité également.

L'appartement est plus grand que sur les photos, il est idéalement placé en bord de mer et à côté d'une rue commerçante. La terrasse donne sur l'océan, visible aussi du lit parental. Beaucoup de détails qui font la qualité ( pot pour notre fille de deux ans, lit ''cabane'', petits jouets, livres, grille pain, lave vaisselle, machine à laver etc..). Nous recommandons.

Appartement très confortable et très agréable , par contre je pensais être face mer , et c’était vue mer :( en fait le balcon donne sur l’immeuble d’en face....ce qui n’est pas du tout visible sur les photos de l’annonce ... déçue , je serai plus vigilante désormais
