Villa Deichgraf awaits you with a unique location on the beach of Börgerende. Separated from the sea only by the dike and the European bike path, you have a view of the sea or the dike from almost all apartments. The Villa Deichgraf, completed in 2011, is an architectural highlight with style elements of classic bathroom architecture. For excursions in the area and many leisure activities, Villa Deichgraf is the ideal starting point - and at the same time the perfect place to retreat and find peace and relaxation. The individually furnished apartments have a balcony or roof terrace, underfloor heating and beautiful bathrooms with floor-level showers. The elevator leads from the underground car park to the penthouse apartments. In many apartments you will find an easy-to-use gas fireplace with a large glass surface, which offers cozy warmth and the atmosphere and cosiness of a real fireplace on cool days. The apartment has an underground parking space or a parking space directly in front of the house. In the underground garage are bicycle parking spaces, coin-operated washing machines and dryers can be found in the basement of the house.

Beautiful apartment with balcony, view of the dikeThe 2-room apartment, equipped with high-quality furniture, has a bedroom with a double bed and a closet with plenty of storage space. From the balcony you have a clear view of the dike and can enjoy the light of the setting sun in the evening. In the combined dining and living room you will find a comfortable couch, TV, DVD player and a stereo as well as a large wooden table with four chairs. On cold days, the gas fireplace with glass window creates cozy warmth and a homely atmosphere. The fully equipped open kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, toaster and high-quality dishes has everything you need for a pleasant stay. In the elegant bathroom you have a spacious, floor-level shower with a glass partition. The apartment has an underground parking space with an elevator to the apartment floor, bicycle parking spaces are also in the underground garage. There is a coin operated washing machine and dryer in the house. Non smoking apartment, no pets allowed Linen set, travel cot and high chair can be booked for a fee. Secure one of our coveted beach chairs now (EUR 9 per day, EUR 59 per week). Your holiday home has an underground parking space. Please note the headroom of max. 1,90m. If the maximum passage height is exceeded, there is the option of using a paid parking lot in the immediate vicinity.

Arrival is from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and departure is from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
