The 2013 completed Villa Seeadler with individually furnished apartments, located just 50 meters from the beach in Börgerende. All apartments at Villa Seeadler have terraces or balconies, underfloor heating and bathrooms with floor-level showers. A Fahrradabstellmöglichkeit is located in the garage. For excursions in the area and many leisure activities, the Villa Seeadler is the perfect starting point - and at the same time the perfect place to retire and find peace and relaxation. Almost all apartments have either an underground parking space or a parking space directly in front of the house. A coin-operated washer and dryer can be found in the ground floor area of the house.
