The 2016 completed residence Sonnenschein with individually furnished apartments, is located only about 200 meters from the beach in Börgerende. All apartments in the residence Sonnenschein have terraces or balconies, underfloor heating and bathrooms with floor-level showers. A bicycle storage is located outside the residence sunshine. For excursions in the area and many leisure activities, the Residenz Sonnenschein is the perfect starting point - and at the same time the perfect place to retire and to find peace and relaxation. A dining area welcomes guests with a modern, open-plan kitchen / diner, a dining area and a TV lounge with a comfortable corner sofa and a relaxing armchair to relax. The luxurious fitted kitchen is high quality and fully equipped. A stove makes the apartment comfortable even in the cooler season. In addition, a Wii console with various games is available for our guests, so it is never boring. The modern daylight bathroom with shower is equipped with a towel warmer and a hair dryer. Our apartment has a bedroom with double bed (180 x 200 m), which is equipped with a spacious wardrobe. Here curtains were made to darken. The 2. Bedroom is equipped with two single beds (each 90 x 200 m) and an extra TV. In our storage room is available for our guests a washing machine, which can be used free of charge.
