In the bedroom you have a large double bed, a spacious wardrobe and a wall mounted TV with DVD player. The living room offers you a large, comfortable corner couch, an armchair, TV and stereo. In the open kitchen and dining area you will find the well-equipped fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment and a beautiful wooden table with four freischwingers in leather optics. On cool days, the wood fireplace provides cozy warmth and a charming flame play. On the spacious, north-west facing balcony, you can enjoy the afternoon and sunset (restricted sea view). The elegant bathroom has a floor-level shower, a spacious washstand and a mirror over the entire width of the washbasin. The apartment has a free outdoor space (about 30m from the object).   Non-smoking, no pets.
