About this house rental
Location: recent house, on one level, close to the sports hall, the "Agnès Varda" cinema and its cultural complex (5 min. walk) and a Fun Bus stop (municipal transport - free in season). 1,000 m from the city center and 1,300 m from the Générelles beach, rental located in a peaceful residential area, with enclosed wooded grounds (450 m²).
- 1 entrance and 1 large living room (30 m²) including:
-> 1 living room with sofa and flat screen TV,
-> 1 living room and 1 American kitchen (4-burner ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, tiled worktop, refrigerator, dishwasher). Access to the terrace and garden through the bay window in the living room.
- 3 bedrooms: 2 with 1 double bed each and 1 with 2 single beds.
- 1 shower room and 1 separate toilet.
- 1 garage (used for storage) with washing machine.
"Decoration" information: very neat interior design.
Exterior: terrace overlooking a landscaped garden, with espalier, with built-in barbecue and garden furniture. "Picnic" table at the bottom of the garden. Parking on land (tarmac driveway) on the street side.
The end-of-stay cleaning must be carried out by the tenant.
End-of-stay cleaning on reservation: €100. Linen is not provided.
Electricity consumption to be expected in addition during the low season (from 01/01 to 15/06 and from 15/09 to 31/12).
Provide proof of civil liability insurance with the holiday clause. Holiday vouchers accepted. Electricity consumption extra out of season

For you to move more easily, free shuttles (July and August) are at your disposal and criss-cross the entire resort of La Grière to La Terrière via the town centre. Departing from La Tranche sur Mer, you can enjoy cruises to Ile de Ré, Ile d'Aix or Fort Boyard. Cinema with 2 rooms and the latest films showing. The swimming pool with leisure pool of 370m2 and 4 lanes of 25m and a fitness area with a sauna, hammam and spa.
