Single-story semi-detached house (attached on one side) built on a fenced, wooded plot (100 m²), a stone's throw from the national forest. Located behind the "Agnès Varda" cultural center and cinema (10-minute walk), 1,400 m from the town center shops (20-minute walk) and 1,600 m from Générelles beach.
- A living room (20 m²) comprising a lounge/dining area with a sofa bed (sleeps 2), a flat-screen TV, opening onto the terrace and garden through a large bay window.
- A kitchen area with an induction hob, an electric oven, a microwave, a two-door refrigerator (with freezer compartment), a dishwasher, a washing machine, dishes, cutlery, etc.
- One bedroom with a double bed (140 cm). One bedroom with two single bunk beds (90 cm).
- 1 shower room and 1 separate WC.
Impeccably decorated interior with a nautical theme.
Exterior: Terrace overlooking the garden, with garden furniture and 2 sun loungers. On-site parking.
Pets: NOT ALLOWED.
End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. Optional cleaning service available upon reservation for €70. Bed linen and towels are not provided. Please provide proof of liability insurance with holiday coverage. Holiday vouchers accepted. Electricity consumption is extra during the off-season.
