We had an awesome stay. The hotel is very nice and the room was so spacious and clean. The staff was awesome, in particular Tara Zoey Tuyen Dan Bao Trambay Vhang Toan Hien Tram.

Tara Zoey Bich Tram Dan Tuyen are amazing, very helpfull and ,They are very pozitive and smiley. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The staff were the best thing about the hotel. They were excellent, friendly and willing to help in every way.
The location was central to everything and convenient for walking everywhere.
Housekeeping seemed a bit perfunctory. Hit and miss.

Staff was friendly. Room is clean.
We experienced a couple of power outage in our room, but it was resolved instantly.

The shower overflows on to the toilet area.
We had to go down to reception for toilet paper - lift is very slow.
Booked an airport pickup for 5pax - coming from the airport we all had luggage & wouldn't fit in a 5seater SUV. Very disappointed. Highly recommend booking a Grab instead for a much cheaper price.
