    Our stay in Vietnam was truly memorable, and the hotel played a big part in making our trip enjoyable. From the moment we checked in, the staff welcomed us with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. They were always courteous, accommodating, and ready to assist with any questions or requests. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. The bed was cozy, the amenities were complete, and housekeeping did an excellent job every day. We also appreciated the hotel’s convenient location, which made it easy to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and local shops. What stood out the most was the exceptional service. The staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant experience, making us feel valued as guests. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vietnam. Thank you for your outstanding hospitality and for being part of our unforgettable trip. We look forward to staying with you again in the future!

    We booked a Superior King Bed Room and ended with a basic standard room on 1 st floor above the entrance on noisy side street. Photos of selected room was totally different to the room we got. No facilities no pool no gym , food on breakfast place is ready for cross contamination with a few spoons to be shared between several dishes to serve your food. Rooms are noisy and cleaning staff have their two way radios on max volume. Staff unfortunately have no idea how to run a hotel . Happy to leave this place behind . Not recommended
