I think the only redeeming quality of this property is its location, orher than that, its a 2/5 stars in cleanliness, staff and value for money. The actual room is very different from what was posted in this app. old and run-down room, with old-style key to lock the room, comfort room is not so clean. overall, its not worth the money.

This is one of the best hotels in the heart of Da Nang. The room facilities were spotless and well-maintained. I especially enjoyed the nice bathtub with plenty of hot water, and the complimentary water, coffee, and tea were a nice touch. They also offer a convenient laundry service. What truly stood out was Minh at the front desk; she was incredibly helpful and gave excellent local recommendations. Thank you, Minh!. She made my stay truly memorable. Thank you, Minh!"

Some facilities are outdated, but the room is clean except for the bug that is inside a cocoon crawling.

Nous sommes arrivés dans u e chambre humide qui sentait le tabac froid … les serviettes à notre arrivée étaient tachées. La literie étaient vraiment dur et je ne vous parle pas de l’hygiène de l’établissement… Nous avons eu la visite de gros cafards chaque matin !
