    We booked this hotel for 9 days and 8 nights. Since we were arriving early in the morning, I intentionally booked an extra night before our arrival so we could check in immediately instead of waiting until the standard 2:00 PM check-in time. After a long journey, all we wanted was to rest. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were given a room on the 9th floor that was completely different from what I had booked. Instead of the Deluxe Double Room, we were assigned a much smaller room with only a double bed and very limited space. I specifically chose the deluxe room because we would be staying for over a week, and I also needed to work remotely during our stay. The room shown in the listing had a proper table and enough space, which was important for me. To make matters worse, the room was not clean. The air conditioner was covered in dust, and the toilet had urine stains, making it feel like the room hadn’t been properly cleaned before our arrival. I immediately went back to the reception to ask why we were given the wrong room. Unfortunately, the receptionist couldn’t speak English, so we had to communicate through a translation app. He informed me that our booked room would only be available at 12:00 PM. My frustration wasn’t just about waiting—it was the fact that no one informed us of this before handing us the room key. Since I had paid for an extra night specifically to avoid waiting, I don’t understand why we had to adjust. We had been traveling for over a week—from Hanoi to Sapa, then Da Nang—and had an early flight before arriving here. We were exhausted, had barely slept, and simply wanted to settle into our room and get some much-needed rest. A little communication and consideration from the front desk would have gone a long way. Thankfully, by noon they transferred us to the correct room, and this is where they redeemed themselves. The new room was spacious, clean, and exactly like the photos on Agoda. It had the proper workspace I expected and was much more comfortable for a long stay. Had we been given this room from the beginning, our first impression would have been completely different. The biggest disappointment during our stay was the reception staff. The two male receptionists I dealt with were not welcoming or friendly, and their communication could definitely be improved, especially when handling issues like ours. On the other hand, the housekeeping staff were wonderful—always friendly, polite, and accommodating. They were the highlight of our stay and deserve recognition for their excellent service. Overall, the hotel itself was good once we were moved to the correct room, but the poor handling of our check-in and the lack of communication from the front desk left a bad first impression.

    During my stay Aircond was out of service, technician came and informed will repair next day and provide us a stand fan and it’s was super hot. Without no choice we check out the room 2.30 am and it’s really hot
