This 4 bedroom private home is the perfect property for your vacation destination. Being centrally located next to Grocery stores, restaurants as well as a short drive to Anna Maria Island this location has it all! Enjoy the outdoors? Taking strolls along Palma Sola Blvd will not be a disappointment with sweeping views of the Bay around every corner! Bringing a boat? Store the trailer in the driveway and drop it off around the corner at Kingfish Boat Ramp.

Our week-long stay at "The Farm House" in Bradenton was an absolute dream vacation! This charming spot delivered the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. The neighborhood was delightfully peaceful, creating a serene vibe for our family getaway. The sparkling, well-maintained pool and spacious deck were highlights—perfect for chilling out while staying just outside our kids’ splash zone! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook and enjoy cozy nights in, yet we were just a short drive from fantastic restaurants and attractions. Only 15 minutes to the stunning Anna Maria Island or Bradenton Beach—Coquina Beach was a total favorite! Plus, for all the Target enthusiasts out there, a quick 5-minute trip had us at the store in no time. We loved being close to the beach and local hotspots without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The property management team was phenomenal, keeping us in the loop with clear communication and even checking in the day before our trip to ensure we were set. The only minor hiccup? Both bathrooms are upstairs, so poolside bathroom breaks required a quick trek. All in all, "The Farm House" was a fantastic choice, and we had an unforgettable time!

Spacious home had everything we needed! Family of 5Very clean, nicely decorated, plenty of towels, linens, hot water, beach gear, fully stocked kitchen. Books & game boards Pool was clean and heated when we got there (extra charge) nice size space for our small dog in the backyard she was very happy!Quiet neighborhood, across street from the bay with beautiful sunsets every evening. I would highly recommend this home. Can’t wait to return Thanks for the wonderful memories!!
