Come play at The Papaya House! This fully remodeled home lies just 3 miles from the mesmerizing beaches of AMI, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, private heated pool, hot tub and much MORE!
This home is located near the historical fishing village of Cortez, founded in 1865 and still remains today the locals favorite restaurants for fresh seafood! You can venture out on your bike or take a walk in the quite community of Coral Shores and it won't be long until you run across some of Florida's breath taking foliage and wild life.
Inside The Papaya House you will find a well appointed gally style kitchen, designed for entertaining with it's pass through bar which opens up into one of the family lounge rooms. It has both an auto-drip & Keurig machine for the coffee lovers and a variety of dishes and cooking utensils for the cooks in the group. This home sports two separate living rooms both with large T.V.'s and plenty of space for everyone!
There are three bedrooms all have a TV with streaming apps, two have queen size beds and the third has a set of twins. For additional sleeping, the couch is a pull out sofa, allowing up to eight guests comfortably. One bathrooms has a walk in shower and the other has a tub/shower combo. The washer and dryer are provided for your convenience as well as use of the garage.
The backyard steals the show with 1,800 sq. ft of tropical lifestyle beginning with the smooth pavers under your feet to the brand new pool with water fall and hot tub! A high quality set of Adirondack chairs surround a gas fire pit, all installed in 2023. A gas BBQ grill and outdoor games are also provided for your entertainment.
* Cancellation more than 90 days prior to arrival will receive a deposit refund less a $250 cancellation fee. Cancellation less than 90 days prior to arrival will forfeit all deposit received. Cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival will forfeit all monies on account. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
* You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. No events of any kind can be held at the vacation rental.

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.

The Papaya House is lovely with a great outside pool area. However, the constant road noise made is less than enjoyable to spend time out there. There was constant tree debris from the large palm tree which we found ourselves cleaning out daily before using the pool.

Beautiful home with a lot of space. We really enjoyed the home. The only negative is the location being right beside a highway. Very noisy at pool.

The Papaya House was an absolutely perfect rental property. The house is beautiful and comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need. The real gem of the property is the backyard. Pool and hot tub, outdoor seating, fire pit and games galore. It is close to shops, restaurants, and activities. The hosts really have thought of everything! You will definitely enjoy your stay at the Papaya House!
