About this apartment rental
Our villa is situated on the shores of lake Como on the road which leads from Como to Bellagio, 5 km from Bellagio.
This apartment is located in a lake front Villa which delivers wondrous views and a chance to sample life in a typical Italian village. The living room and the kitchen,some bedrooms , the furnished patio and the gardens enjoy this non stop stunning view.
Norma apartment, located on the top floor, is prized for its two large balconies directly on the lake, as well as for its open space which includes a large, comfortable living room with a handcrafted wooden wardrobe, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. A fireplace and the wood floor contribute to create a magical atmosphere with a gorgeous view of the lake from both the living room and a bedroom. With three spacious bedrooms arranged in two sleeping area for the maximum privacy, it offers an en-suite bathroom with a cabin shower and another bathroom with bathtub and shower. Most of our guests spend hours sitting on the balcony to enjoy the landscape and the colorful sunsets reflected on the lake.
Outside there is a lot of green space, a private secure car parking, gardens with tables, chairs,leaning chairs and barbecue , a patio with a water spring, a direct access to the beach and the lake in which you can swim or fish.
A Crib is available on request.
The owner who speaks English, German and French fluently, rents directly the apartments and is on hand to answer any questions and to provide you with information about the area.
Tourist tax of 1.5€ per person per night is included in the rent.
Heating is not included, if necessary.
Pets are considered on request, with an extra fee.
Smoking is allowed in the garden and on the balcony.

It was so incredible to be able to relax and slow down to thoroughly enjoy the beauty of Lake Como. Definitely need a car to get to this gem of a location, but so worth it. The owner was very communicative and gave great recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. We did a day trip to Como, Bellagio and Bergamo with ease from here! Even has a lovely staircase down to the lake to swim and play! There was so much space, we never felt crowded - highly recommend for families and or lots of friends.

Wir waren im Juli 2020 mit unseren 3 Kindern in der Ferienwohnung in Lezenno. Sie ist sehr groß und sauber, wie im Inserat beschrieben, ein traumhafter Ausblick vom Wohn- und Schlafzimmer aus. Eva, die Gastgeberin, ist sehr herzlich und noch während sie uns die Wohnung gezeigt hat, haben ihre Söhne unser ganzes Gepäck (was nicht gerade wenig war) ins Haus getragen. Obwohl es draußen sehr warm war, war es in der Wohnung angenehm von der Temperatur. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, es gibt sogar ein Bügeleisen mit -Brett sowie eine Waschmaschine, die man mitbenutzten kann. Eva gab uns viele hilfreiche Tips und war jederzeit für Fragen zur Stelle. Ein kleiner Einkaufsladen sowie die Pizzeria Helvetia sind zu Fuß in 10-20 min erreichbar. Da die Straße jedoch meist keinen Gehweg hat, ist es mit kleinen Kindern nicht ganz einfach. Der See ist über eine Treppe bzw Steine zu erreichen. Es ist etwas rutschig und Badeschuhe sind zu empfehlen aber selbst unser 3-jähriger hat es ganz gut geschafft. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Eva was great and right on the property. This apartment needs to be updated- had very few kitchen items. It looked like some things were new ( like the windows and shades) and others old. Fantastic location on the lake with nice chairs on balcony. We moved the 2 large chairs from an extra room to the main room for comfortable seating for 6 adults. The bedroom facing the lake had a very comfortable bed- the rest of the beds were hard and uncomfortable. The fireplace is a joke really tucked in a corner by the dining table.Loved being on the lake.
