About this house rental
Finely furnished apartment (27sm): the bedroom faced the outdoor area, where to get relaxed and have your meals; the kitchen corner and the bathroom got all the comforts for a vacation 100% by yourselves; what is included in the house: kitchen tools, bedsheets and batheroom towels, the umbrella for the beach, drying rack, air conditioning and warm water. The indoor parking lot is for free for our nice guests.
It is also possible to have a bbq, ideal for outdoor roasts!
The access to the property is from a manual gate, where a small path leads to the private parking area; the access to the house has some steps in front of it.
The house position gives our guests a wide choice on which beautiful beach to visit every day, accessible in 10/15 mins max, where to enjoy our marvelous sea and have fun on boat trips.
Sardinian beauty in also due to its natural heritage: in a few minutes by car, you'll find yourselves surrounded by nature and close to the equipped hicking path of the near mountains of Sette Fratelli (Seven Brothers); if interested, it is also possible to plan guided hicking with a professional!

Ottima posizione in una zona tranquilla dove regna silenzio e rilassamento..... Parcheggio al sicuro all interno della casa. Appartamento essenziale dove però è sufficiente ad assolvere le necessità del soggiorno. Ottimo il patio dove trascorrere qualche ora serale al fresco e tranquilli. Giulia si è rivelata un ottima host in grado di fornire consigli e indirizzi per ottimizzare giornate e/o serate. Consigliato! 👍

Abbiamo soggiornato per 5 giorni e ci siamo trovati veramente benissimo..,.. la posizione ottima vicino a tutte le mete più famose, La struttura è molto bella e nuova. La proprietaria, Giulia, è stata estremamente gentile e disponibilissima! Sicuramente da consigliare!!
