About this house rental
A delightful refuge within a large plot of land, surrounded by greenery, surrounded by our own vineyard and olive grove, where you can find peace and tranquility, a stone's throw from the beautiful beaches of the south-east of Sardinia and numerous hiking trails .
Treat yourself to a stay of sea, sun and nature!
Finely furnished two-room apartment: the bedroom overlooks the external porch, where you can relax and have the day's meals; the kitchen and bathroom are equipped with all the comforts needed for a holiday in full autonomy; cooking utensils, bed linen and towels, beach umbrella, clothesline, air conditioning, washing machine and hot water are included.
The internal parking is free and reserved for our kind guests.
A small barbecue is also available for delicious roasts in the open air!
Access to the property is via a manual gate, where a short path leads to the reserved parking area; the entrance to the accommodation is dedicated and takes place through the bedroom.
I am always present to answer all your curiosities and needs, give some good advice on the sites to see and, above all, on where to taste our culinary delights!
The house is located on land in the agricultural area of Castiadas, it is very quiet and allows you to easily reach both the primary services (bank, post office, market, pizzerias and restaurants), and the best beaches of the Sardinian east coast. Villasimius and Costa Rei are just a few minutes away by car, allowing you to enjoy the leisure and relaxation typical of the area.
Cagliari is also easily reachable thanks to the super road 125 (about 40 minutes).
To move in this area of Sardinia, it is necessary to have a car or rent it once on the island, in the various rent a car at the airport of Cagliari and Olbia, as well as at the port facilities of the two cities mentioned above.
The beaches have rest areas, some for a fee depending on the stay (full day or half day).
The location of the accommodation allows our guests to choose every day which beautiful beach to visit, being mostly 10/15 minutes from the house, where to enjoy our beautiful sea and boat trips managed by various associations.
The beauty of Sardinia also lies in its natural heritage: in a few minutes by car, it will be possible to find oneself immersed in the surrounding nature and in the equipped paths of the Sette Fratelli mountain range; on request, it is also possible to organize personalized tours with an expert guide!

Siamo stati una settimana ospiti di Giulia, la casa era pulitissima e curata la zona è comodissima per tutte le spiagge di Costa Rei e Villasimius…che dire posto molto tranquillo e perfetto per una vacanza rilassante al insegna del mare.
Giulia ci ha assistito sempre con la massima attenzione e cortesia, grazie.

Bella casa, silenziosa, Giulia e' stata gentilissima, sempre reperibile e disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. La casa e accogliente e l'area esterna ci ha permesso di goderci un po' di relax al fresco la sera. Immersa nel silenzio della campagna è comunque comoda ai servizi e per partire in auto verso le meravigliose spiagge della zona.
