About this house rental

The house is located in the resort of Costa Rei on the southeast coast of Sardinia. Costa Rei stretches for almost ten kilometers of coast and is about an hour's drive from the airport in Cagliari.
The property is located on Monte Nei, which offers a beautiful view of the sea a kilometer away as the crow flies.
The house has a parking space, a large garden with outdoor shower and grill, a large terrace with lounge furniture and hammock, air conditioning in all rooms, a flat screen with Italian and German channels and sofa bed in the living room and a washing machine.
