About this villa rental
The house is independent and is surrounded by greenery at only 400 m from the splendid long beach of white sand of the costa rei, in a reserved and strategic position for proximity to the sea and proximity to all services. The house consists of a beautiful well-kept and secure garden as it is well-defined, there is a large veranda where you can eat and relax outdoors, in the garden there is a barbecue and a comfortable shower with hot water! Inside the house there is a kitchen (brand new) with everything needed for cooking. A large double room that, for those who request it, can be equipped with a cot. Small bedroom with bunk beds on the back veranda. The bathroom, just redone, is equipped with a hairdryer and a shower cubicle. The rooms are all equipped with air conditioning. Access to the internet is possible via the cost-of-charge hot spot. The nearest beach is a 6/7 minute walk and is equipped with all services, from kiosks where to eat to hire sunbeds and umbrellas, to rent boats. The house is close to all services, restaurants and pizzerias, (all with a play area reserved for children) ice cream parlors, market, laundry, pharmacy, clothing and souvenir shops. In the condominium only 2 minutes away there are tennis courts and the possibility of carrying out innumerable sports activities.
The house is located away from the noisy street and has a reserved parking space and water supply.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Ferienhaus von Sabina. Gleich zu Beginn wurden wir freundlich mit frischen Obst und kühlen Getränken empfangen. Der Garten und das Haus sind sehr gepflegt, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Der Strand ist ungefähr 7min zu Fuß entfernt und so toll, wie man es von Sardinien erwartet, weißer Sand und klares Wasser in unzähligen Blautönen. Wir waren Anfang Mai in Costa Rei, das Wasser hatte 15 °C, mit ein bisschen Überwindung konnten wir gut baden und schwimmen. Der kleine Ort war sehr ruhig und die meisten Ferienhäuser in der Umgebung standen leer. Einige Restaurants und Läden hatten schon geöffnet. Die Versorgung war also kein Problem.
Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier sehr genossen. Vielen Dank.

La casa è molto bella, accogliente e funzionale. C’è di un bel giardino con barbecue dove trascorrere rilassanti serate. Si trova vicinissima al mare, ristoranti e negozi di vario tipo. Sabina è disponibile e molto gentile. Abbiamo trascorso delle piacevoli giornate.

Der Empfang war wunderschön mit kleine Aufmerksamkeit von Plätzchen, Getränke und Champagner. Das kl. Haus ist sehr sauber in allen Ecken und Winkeln - kein Schimmeln. Alles was zum Kochen notwendig ist, ist vorhanden, selbst ein Ventilator auf der Terrasse. Leider kommen wären des Essen auf der Terrasse viele Wespen, Fliegen und Mücken. Strand und Supermarkt ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Preis in Supermarkt, Metzgerei und Meeresfrüchten sind doppelt so teuer als in Deutschland. z.B. 1L frische Milch 4 €, Kilo Schweinefleisch ab 19,90€, kleine Schirmst 20€ pro Kilo. Der Strand ist traumhaft. Komme gern wieder.

Sono stata piu' volte a Costa Rei e devo dire che questo è il miglior appartamento che abbia mai affittato. In generale questi appartamenti si assomigliano tutti , piccoli e un po minimalisti…
Si vede che Sabina ha rinnovato e che ci soggiorna regolarmente. Le stanze sono accoglienti e c'è una doccia esterna comodissima quando si è in 4 al ritorno dalla spiaggia.
Sabina non ha esitato a lasciare quelle piccole cose che facilitano la vita ( qualche sacchetto delle immondizie, 2 rotoli di carta igenica, un po d'acqua in frigo) quelle cose che facilitano la vita quando sbarchi in vacanza e a volte non trovi assolutamente NIENTE e devi subito correre al supermercato.
La consiglio vivamente. Sabina è un super ospite.
