Welcome to Paradise at Maravilla – Unit 1310 (Building 1, Beach View!)
If you’ve been dreaming of sugar-white sand, emerald water, and total relaxation, you’ve found your spot. Unit 1310 is located in Building 1 of Maravilla with a beautiful view of the Gulf and just a short walk to the private beach access.
The Condo
This beautifully decorated and thoughtfully appointed condo offers comfort, style, and everything you need for a memorable beach vacation.
Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 8 comfortably):
• Master Bedroom – King bed with newly renovated ensuite bathroom
• Second Bedroom – King bed with newly renovated bathroom
• Bunk Room – Twin bunks with flat-screen TV
• Living Room – Queen-size sofa sleeper for additional guests
Condo Features:
• Fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials for cooking and dining
• Dining table that seats six
• Stackable washer and dryer
• Comfortable living area for relaxing after a day at the beach
• Private balcony with seating to enjoy the beach view
Complimentary Beach Service (March 15 – October 30):
• Four beach chairs
• Two umbrellas
Resort Amenities at Maravilla: (Please note that the tennis courts/pickleball courts are under construction until mid/late October)
• Two swimming pools (one beachfront and one centrally located)
• Hot tub
• Tennis courts
• Pickleball courts
• Basketball goals
• Shuffleboard court
• Small fitness area
• Charcoal grills located by each pool
• Walking, running, and bike trail along Scenic Gulf Drive
Pet Friendly with Approval:
• $49 pet fee (covers up to two dogs)
• No aggressive breeds allowed
• Please specify breed, size, and number of dogs when booking
• Pets are not allowed on the beach
Prime Destin Location:
• Restaurants and bars within walking distance
• Shopping, golf, and local attractions nearby
• Convenient access to everything Destin and the surrounding area has to offer
Additional Information:
• Primary renter must be 25 years of age or older
• No college groups allowed
• Guest list required
• Adults may not check in guests under 25 and leave the premises
• Reservation will not be honored without details about the traveling party

We had a wonderful stay at this condo and would absolutely stay here again! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, making it so easy to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. The condo was exceptionally clean and well-maintained from the moment we arrived. The AC was wonderful!! It was super humid when we were there and the AC worked great! It was also stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The kitchen was well-equipped, there were plenty of towels, and all the little touches made us feel right at home. The condo was spacious enough for our family to spread out and relax after long days at the beach.Communication was easy, check-in was seamless, and everything was exactly as described. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, spacious place in a fantastic location close to the beach, this condo is an excellent choice. We highly recommend it and can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo. Communication with management was always timely and pleasant. We loved everything about our stay. It only took a couple minutes to get to the private beach access and having the 4 chairs and two umbrellas daily was a huge plus. We also had fun at both pools. We will definitely book this condo again in the future.

Very clean and had all the appliances, dishes we needed. Host answered quickly when I had a question. If I had read the book first I would have known not to load the fridge all at once...it took until next morning to cool everything down. Had a nice stay, even though the weather wasn't great.

The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated with all the necessities for our vacation on the beach. The kitchen was very well supplied for all our cooking needs. We enjoyed the privilege of being able to have our furry family members join us. Just wished the other condo renters would have respected the pet rules using the assigned pet areas and disposing of their waste with the conveniently provided bag stations. Our family loved the beach chair/umbrella set-ups provided for our use on the beach. However our family 's need to be in the first row next to the water enabling us to monitor our two young (9yr & 13yr) family members was quite a challenge due to the associations owner rules. One of us had to be at the beach for 90min- 2hrs every morning during the chair set-up in order to acquire one of the 10 or so front row spaces remaining.
