We are pleased to announce that this newly renovated pet friendly condominium at Beach Retreat is back on the rental program.
Beach Retreat is a gated, four-story complex featuring 44 units. Amenities include a 3,000-square-foot heated pool, a hot tub, an expanded fitness center, a BBQ area, and private beach access. Additionally, rentals include two complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella between March and October.
This beautiful renovated third-floor unit features nine-and-a-half-foot ceilings, crown molding, and ceramic tile flooring throughout. The property accommodates up to eight guests and includes a fully equipped kitchen, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a spacious balcony with amazing views of the Gulf. The sleeping arrangements consist of a primary bedroom with a Queen bed and an updated en suite bathroom, a guest bedroom with a king bed that has en suite access to the updated hall bathroom, built-in hallway bunk beds- Twin over full, and a queen sofa sleeper. This condo is pet friendly.

Spacious condo with everything we needed for a relaxing week. It was very clean and comfortable. Beautiful view of the gulf from 3rd floor balcony including some dolphin sightings. The large heated pool was great alternative for swimming since the ocean was too cold. We will definitely return to this same property for future visits.

This was a great location right across the beach, we had a small issue when we checked in but Becki had it fixed very quickly.

We enjoyed staying at this beautiful condo. The place is even nicer than in the pictures. It is very airy with modern deco and amazing view of the beach. You have to cross the street, which does not have much traffic, and there is a gate to the private beach. If you go off season, there are no chairs or umbrellas at the beach. The water is turquoise!
The condo has washer and dryer so make sure that you bring a couple of pods.
Great communication with the owner made check in and check out a breeze!

The house needed a few things deep cleaned such as the rug in entry. It had a rough smell like it was soured. The kitchen needed some updated pots and pans and other kitchen necessities. There are not enough towels in the house. The towels that were there needed some updating as well. They were dingy, hard, and old. The washing machine needs major cleaning, it was musty and smelled of mildew. The grills that are at the property are charcoal and there are not many of them for the whole complex. The grilling experience was lengthy and not convenient. We loved the location of the property and the proximity to the beach.
