We enjoyed the location and decor of this home. The kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable. We were not able to use the 3rd floor as planned due to a strong musty/mildew smell. This meant that we had to double up in bedrooms which this group of five 60 year old women were trying to avoid. This was not ideal and not what we paid for. The first call to 360 resulted in a call from the service manager telling us that a technician had been out and the problem resolved. Very interesting considering we were at the house the entire time and no one came. A 2nd call resulted in a service call and the spraying of lysol on the 3rd level to mask the odor and problem. No further follow-up was received which was disappointing. We will not rent a house with a pool in future as the pool alarm was a constant annoyance and not needed as there were no children.
