Reminiscent of a casita on the Moroccan seaside, the home’s landmark pointed arches frame a wraparound first-floor porch, where you can relax with a cocktail while walkers and bikers pass by the beach boardwalk adjacent to this home.
The newly expanded interior, designed by nationally acclaimed Erika McPherson Powell of Urban Grace Interiors, exudes magazine-worthy luxury and comfort.
Julia’s open concept living room is furnished with a double chaise sofa, a couch and six chairs/stools surrounding an expansive coffee table and 65” flat screen TV. Play cards, relax or work on a puzzle while you watch football!
The gorgeous chefs’ kitchen is every cook’s dream with a Viking range/stove, bacon grill and Sub Zero refrigerator. Just outside the kitchen is a brand new Weber Genesis II gas grill. Dine inside at the table or al fresco under the pergola!
The first floor bunk room, featuring four full beds this room is sure to delight children from ages 2 to 102. Surrounded by whimsical but sophisticated fish wallpaper, giving the bunk room a cozy and fun underwater feel. The bunk bathroom features full bathroom just outside the room.
Rounding out the first floor is a scullery that connects to the kitchen via a “hidden” door. There you will find a mudroom with ample storage, new large capacity washer and dryer, pantry and a powder bathroom.
On the second floor, three bedrooms with extra comfortable king size beds feature en suite baths.
The first master suite has a generously sized dual head shower and double sink vanity; a second master suite is a brand new addition to the house and features large windows that fill the room with light and sunshine.
A third bedroom — also with a king bed — has an en suite bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo. Each room has its own entertainment center, complete with a television and cable TV. A wraparound second-floor deck is accessible by two of the bedrooms.

The property is beautiful and set up nicely. We loved having the downstairs bunk rooms and three king beds which are all very comfortable! My only complaint was the property wasn't stocked as well as expected. They have beautiful salt and pepper shakers but no salt and pepper. No hot pads for the oven and no tissue boxes were our most noticeable absences. Just little oversights that would be easy to fix to make this property more renter friendly

The pictures are good, but they do not do this place justice. The home is beautiful. It had everything we needed. Every detail has been thought out. The location is perfect: one block from shopping and restaurants but tucked away so that it feels secluded. The home is a five minute bike ride to the beach, along a pedestrian boardwalk. We cannot wait to return.

This home is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and perfectly located a few houses down from town, and an easy walk to the beach. The property manager, Carly, was friendly, responsive, and went out of her way to be helpful when we had an issue with the bikes, and when I left a suitcase behind. Couldn't ask for better service. This was our favorite home we've rented in Rosemary, and our best rental experience!

Property lovely. First appearance all appeared great. Then soon realized we had dirty dishes, food and lipstick and wine. Had to wash a lot of dishes to use. Floors had old granola and food crumbs. Bedrooms and baths upstairs absolutely beautiful. But living furniture a little soiled but that was even okay as I understand all renters aren’t careful. However killed 4 huge roaches/palmetto bug! The last night there one crawled into my 15 month old pack n play where she was sleeping! Thank goodness we saw it. Unacceptable! Need better pest control! Seal house better. We never left food out or doors open for any length of time. It is a beautiful property and nice location but having to pay the kind of cleaning fee we paid and still washing dishes, cleaning floors and killing huge bugs started to put a damper on the stay! Also cleaners and all their equipment showed up a little after 9:00. Sat on the front porch waiting for us to leave. Check out was 10. I felt very rushed trying to pack up the car and get check out done. I was taking one last potty stop at 9:45 and one of them walked in back door ready to start! We 100% respected our check in time and never bothered anyone as we were reminded of that MANY times. I would have appreciated my last hour to gather and think.
