- The staff were extremely kind and polite. They helped me with my luggage and messaged me both before and after my stay. - They also gave me helpful recommendations for exploring Lisbon. - The highlight was the dinner with Fado music that they arranged for me. The experience itself was wonderful, and the reserved table was in a great spot, close to the stage. - They also allowed me to check in almost an hour earlier, which I really appreciated.
The TV was not working properly. However, I did not mention it to the staff during my stay, and I believe they would have fixed the issue if I had told them.

The area is very close to a lot of places to eat including time out market
I didn't like the fact we were promised a room and last minute that was changed. I brought up an issue with the staff and it wasn't handled well.
