About this house rental
This house is located in Scottsdale. Newly renovated 1900 square feet is 3 bedroom 2 bath accommodates 9 guest comfortably. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, 40" television, and a en-suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed. The 3rd bedroom has bunk beds with the bottom bunk bed size is a full size to fit 2 people, top is a twin size.
Guest will enjoy the backyard that has a deep diving private pool, that is heated upon request, a BBQ grill, lounge chairs, table for dining outside, basketball hoop on driveway and a tree swing for kids. Inside the home there is a pool today and dart board for inside entertainment.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house looks exactly as pictured. It is clean, spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Kim was very responsive to any questions we had. We loved the location. I highly recommend this place. We look forward to staying again in the future!

We stayed in the house for an extended stay and it was tidy, had everything we needed and gave us a great home base. The location is extremely convenient to shops and is centrally located with easy access to main roads. The neighborhood is very quiet and nice to come home to. Communication was excellent from start to finish, though we didn’t run into many issues at all during our stay. We would stay again!

The house was large, clean and has plenty of towels for inside and swimming. The kitchen is nice and we especially enjoyed swimming and grilling outside. The neighborhood is quiet but it is close to many nice stores and restaurants.
