5 bedrooms offer 3 Kings, 1 Queen and 2 Twins (which can be converted into an additional King) to sleep 10 comfortably. Flat screen TV's in all bedrooms except the twin bedroom. 2-Story home with a Queen bedroom and full bath on the 1st level. 3 full baths throughout. South facing backyard with a heated pool*** and spa, Built in BBQ, wood burning outdoor fire-pit. All of this is located in sought after Kierland, walking distance to Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, golf, spa, shopping, dining, nightlife and movies.
All linens, bath & pool towels provided; free WIFI.
***Please note $350/week ($1250/month) fee to heat the pool (to 85 degrees) in the winter if desired; upon request only. The heated spa can be used at your leisure.
***Pets allowed with approval only. A "Pet Fee" will be added to your booking when reserving online. Pet Fees are non-refundable and are not to cover any damages, extra cleaning or picking up your dogs poop.
***$400/month Electric Cap. Guests agree to this policy upon booking and are liable for the overages.

Even in the hottest summer 2023 with regular temps over 115F the aircondition was working perfect !
near neighborhood was full of nicest restaurants , supermarkes and all kinds of entertainment
Will rent this house any time again !
